One disgruntled viewer, John Andrews, said on Twitter: “Four remainers, two Brexit. BBC as usual.” However, another viewer was quick to hit back and rebuke the accusations. He fumed: “Four remainers and two brexit? There are only five guests, or are you using the same maths procedure the brexiteers used when they said we would have more money/350 mill for nhs/cheaper energy prices.” While another user, Kevin Johnson, chimed in, adding: “A handpicked left-leaning audience.” Despite social media backlash, this week’s panel in Leeds includes Tory MP Jake Berry, Labour Mayor of Greater Manchester Andy Burnham, General Secretary of the Trades Union Congress France O’Grady, GB News Journalist Inaya Folarin Iman and Austro-British Industrialist Juergen Maier. Express.co.uk has approached the BBC for comment.
