The House Speaker revealed Mr Trump will be “fumigated” out if he loses the presidential election and refuses to leave the office. This comes a day after the president refused to tell Fox News anchor Chris Wallace whether he would accept the results of the November election.
Ms Pelosi told MSNBC: “The fact is, whether he knows it yet or not, he will be leaving.
“Just because he might not want to move out of the White House doesn’t mean we won’t have an inauguration ceremony to inaugurate a duly-elected President of the United States.”
She added: “Just last week I had my regular continuation of government briefing.
“This might interest you because I say to them, ’This is never going to happen. God-willing it never will’.
“But there is a process. It has nothing to do with the certain occupant of the White House doesn’t feel like moving and has to be fumigated out of there because the presidency is the presidency. It’s not geography or location.”
In his interview with Mr Wallace for Fox News, Mr Trump declined to confirm that he would accept the election results.
Mr Trump said: “It depends. I think mail-in voting is going to rig the election. I really do.”
Mr Wallace replied: “Are you suggesting that you might not accept the results of the election?”
The president responded: “No. I have to see.”
He added: “I’m not going to just say ‘yes’. I’m not going to say ‘no’. And I didn’t last time, either.”
Before the 2016 presidential elections, Mr Trump made similar comments about not accepting defeat.
A spokesman for Joe Biden, Andrew Bates, said: “The American people will decide this election.

“And the United States government is perfectly capable of escorting trespassers out of the White House.”
Mr Trump is seeking re-election in November against Democrat Mr Biden.
Mr Wallace revealed the results of a Fox News poll which showed Mr Trump losing by eight points to Mr Biden.
Mr Trump claimed the poll was “fake”.
He said: “I’m not losing, because those are fake polls.”
The same Fox News poll also asked if Mr Biden and Mr Trump had the mental capacity to serve as president.
More people were certain Mr Trump did not, 51 percent, than Mr Biden, 39 percent.
Mr Trump responded to the poll results by asking that Mr Biden should take a cognitive test.
Mr Wallace said: “It’s not the hardest test.
“They have a picture and it says ‘What’s that’ and it’s an elephant.”
