A pensioner got the shock of her life after being sworn at by rude restaurant staff.
But little did 73-year-old Barbara, the mother of Jo Billington-Game, know, she had been taken to the infamous Karen's Diner in Manchester.
The unique diner has taken the world by storm – not because of its food, but because all its staff couldn't give a flying monkeys about customer service.

Simply put, it's kind of like experiencing what strange people who pay OnlyFans stars to shout abuse at them experience – just with good food on the side.
A TikTok video of Barbara's visit to the restaurant, which has been seen more than 14 million times, the Manchester Evening News reports.
Upon entering the Prestwich establishment she was asked: “What d'you want grandma?".
After turning to her family, she quickly responded: "I'd like you to speak nicely".
The member of staff, who is actually the restaurant's manager replied: “Well you're in the wrong f***ing place for that, I'm afraid.”
The confused and angry elderly woman turned to her family and asked: “Bloody hell, who booked this?".
Britain's most expensive pub where steak and chips cost a whopping £87
This, in true Karen's Diner style, was another chance for the staff to have a go at her.
Another member of staff replied: “Grandma if you cry, do it in the toilets because no one gives a s**t.”
She then threw the menu at the women's feet.
Viewers of the video took pity on the woman.
One commented: "Grandma was beyond shook poor thing!”
And another wrote: “Best one yet, hope she enjoyed it.”

Speaking to the MEN, the woman's daughter said: “It’s been a crazy 24 hours.
“Mum's absolutely flabbergasted but she's pleased with all the nice comments. In the main, everyone has been lovely.
“We just had so much fun and they were so good with her," she added.
“She doesn’t really like people who are quite abrupt but she was getting involved as well and she loved it.
“She has such a great sense of humour.”
