A sick double murderer has pleaded guilty to sexually assaulting 23 dead women in mortuaries.
David Fuller, 68, admitted at Croydon Crown Court on Thursday morning to 16 horrifically grim sexual offences in mortuaries between 2007 and 2020.
The former mortuary janitor previously confessed to the 1987 killings of strangled 25-year-old Wendy Knell and Caroline Pierce, 20, on two separate occasions in Tunbridge Wells, Kent.
At Maidstone Crown Court in December 2021, Fuller was was told he would "die in jail" after being sentenced to life.
