Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's surprise appearance during an online poetry class shows how tight a couple they "clearly are", a body language expert has said.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex were guests of honour during a digital event organised by poetry group Get Lit for Black History Month recently.
Meghan, 39, also "shared some of her favourite lines" with the aspiring poets and Prince Harry expressed a keen "interest" in the artform.
And now body language expert Judi James has said the couple showed their "excitement" at surprising members of the group.
She told Daily Express: "Popping up unexpectedly on a poetry group’s video chat, Harry and Meghan produce the unique body language ritual that people perform when they are surprising other people.
"The wide smile is primarily a survival response to show you mean no harm when you startle or shock the other people.
"And, like Harry and Meghan here, it becomes a ‘leading’ ritual to show the people you’re surprising what their reaction should be."
In a screengrab shared by Get Lit on Instagram, the Duke, 36, and his wife are seen beaming with joy as they introduce themselves to the participants.
The class wrote alongside the photo: "We’ve saved the best for last! Guess who surprised our poetry class this weekend?!' the group wrote in the caption, before going on to gush about their special guests.

"It was the best weekend EVER! Prince Harry and Meghan, The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, were magic and kind and interested in poetry!
"The Duchess even shared some of her favorite poetry lines. We are so grateful for their visit in honor of Black History Month. It goes down as most epic experience in Get Lit history!"
Judi also suggested the royals seemed to be the "most excited" people in the meeting, showing their genuine happiness at being involved.
"Harry and Meghan look like the happiest and most excited people on the screen here while the poetry group reel about in shock or wait for the penny to drop," Judi continued.
Meghan Markle's speech and American phrases are 'rubbing off' on Prince Harry
"The delayed responses will obviously be huge and both Harry and Meghan seem to be beaming in excitement as they wait to watch them form."
She also explained Prince Harry seemed to be taking the lead during the appearance.
Judi added: "The couple’s pose here is relaxed, with Harry looking slightly in the lead again, leaning forward with his arms folded and his shoulders hunched up casually.
"His smile is one of excitement as his eyes seem to scan the screen for reactions."
While Prince Harry seemed to be at the forefront of the frame during their video, the expert said their body language showed a lot of similarities.
This may have given royal fans a glimpse into the relationship of the Sussexes as they showed "like-minded thinking".
"Meghan’s pose is twinned with his here," the expert told Express.co.uk.
"This makes them look like the very established and tight couple that they clearly are.
"Her smile is almost identical to his and this mirroring suggests like-minded thinking and shared enjoyment."
