Police have released two images, both of the same missing convict, in a bid to show his remarkable transformation.
Michael Seddon, originally from Bootle, was 22 when he was jailed in 2011, but now looks very different more than 10 years on from his original mugshot.
He played a part in the robbery of a 78-year-old farmer when a gang tied him to a chair and beat him for hours.

He met guard Erica Whittingham while he was in the cage, they started a relationship and she would later help him to escape, TheLiverpool Echoreports.
Seddon used a decoy before making it out to her car outside HMP Sudbury.
Over a six-month period, she would meet him at various hotels around the country and give him supplies and gifts.
He has since gone missing again, in March, after he breached the conditions of his licence.
Now cops have released a new image of Seddon in the hope that it might help them to find the missing man.
He has a scar on the left side of his mouth and on his right elbow and is described as 5ft 9in tall, of slim build, with blue eyes, short brown hair and could have a beard.
The outlet reports he has links to Hampshire, Sussex and mainly the Dorset area.
Anyone who has information as to Seddon's whereabouts is asked to contact @MerPolCC, 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously with reference 23000266166.
Whittingham was jailed for three years in August 2021 for helping Seddon escape.
