Stunning £2.5m Lake District mansion and £100k in cash could be yours for£10

A lucky Brit is set to scoop a stunning Lake District home worth millions of pounds in a competition for the luxurious property that only costs a tenner to enter.

The winner will own the incredible retreat, worth a whopping £2.5million, while they will also pocket £100,000 in cash.

Over eight acres of land surround the five-bedroom farmhouse, which is close to several local boozers just down the road.

If the winner decides to rent it out, local estate agents estimate that the property could fetch up to £3,000 a month for long-term rentals and more for holiday letting during peak season.

Built in the heart of Lake District National Park, the gorgeous house is surrounded by glorious scenery.

Built north-south, the outdoor areas capture the day’s sunshine whilst a tree lined garden with an extended patio area built on original farmyard cobbles for the winner to explore.

But despite the eye-watering prize guaranteed to make winner a multi-millionaire, it only costs £10 to enter, with all the money raised going to Dogs Trust to care for dogs in need.

Optimistic punters can bag themselves 15 entries into the prize draw for the minimum £10 fee, but to increase the chances of winning, 320 entries can be bought for £150 into the draw being run in conjunction with Omaze.

The draw is backed by The Wanted star and Dogs Trust ambassador, Nathan Sykes, who recently completed a Greatest Hits tour with the much loved band.

Nathan said: “The partnership between Dogs Trust and Omaze is fantastic – it's raising vital funds – as well as awareness – for such a wonderful charity – which will help it on its mission to help all our canine companions and their owners enjoy a happy life together.

“Everyone who enters is contributing towards this crucial cause – and of course someone is guaranteed to win their dream home in the Lake District too!”
