Blanca, 51 was never seen alive again and a few weeks after she went missing her body parts began to wash up on Peru\u2019s Huacho beach.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i2-prod.dailystar.co.uk\/incoming\/article31005264.ece\/ALTERNATES\/s615b\/4_Woman-flew-3000-miles-to-meet-boyfriend-only-to-be-killed-for-her-kidneys.jpg\"><\/p>\n<p>Remi described how her faceless head, arms and legs washed up \u2013 together with a torso that had most of its internal organs surgically removed.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe guy got caught because he was selling her organs on the black market\u201d. Blanca\u2019s 37-year-old \u201cboyfriend\u201d Juan Pablo Villafuerte had even uploaded videos of himself dissecting her body onto TikTok.<\/p>\n<p>In another case, Remi says, \u201cthis Nigerian guy was approached by a Nigerian senator and his wife who had a sick daughter who needed a new kidney&quot;.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i2-prod.dailystar.co.uk\/incoming\/article31005282.ece\/ALTERNATES\/s615b\/1_Organ-harvesting-court-case.jpg\"><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<figure data-mod=\"image\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i2-prod.dailystar.co.uk\/incoming\/article30974181.ece\/ALTERNATES\/s458\/0_MAIN-JS197758552.jpg\"><\/figure>\n<p> Rose West had chilling reaction to being told serial killer husband Fred was dead<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/s2-prod.mirror.co.uk\/@trinitymirrordigital\/chameleon-branding\/publications\/dailystar\/img\/logo-schema-dailystar.png\"><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u201cThey they live in London,&quot; Remi told podcaster Julian Dorey, &quot;and I believe they had dual citizenship.
