Downing Street repeatedly blocked attempts by Suella Braverman to \u201cinsure\u201d the Government against legal challenges, the Daily Express has learned.<\/p>\n

Home Secretary James Cleverly has revealed the UK is finalising a new deal with Rwanda to give judges \u201cthe certainty that\u201d they demand.<\/p>\n
