King Charles tells disgruntled staff to include Camillas kids at Christmas

King Charles has allegedly torpedoed staff morale after he requested they leave space for Camilla Parker Bowles' children.

"Disgruntled" staff were told to make space forCamilla's kids ahead of upcoming Christmas celebrations for the Royal Family. The decision, allegedly made by King Charles, has left some guests roughing it in smaller rooms.

The Royal Family are set to celebrate Christmas at Sandringham, with the guestlist expanded despite the lack of proper room at the estate which once housed the Queen's festive celebrations.

The King of England is believed to have told staffers to squeeze in as many people as the could, including the children of Queen Camilla, daughter Laura Lopes and son Tom Parker Bowles.

Major changes to the way the Firm celebrates their Christmas were expected, with various experts weighing in on where and when King Charles will pop up on Christmas Day, though the Daily Mail alleges Camilla's children will now be involved.

It comes as a former butler to the Royal Family alleges the King was bound to shake-up the festivities somehow to leave his own mark on a day usually dominated by the presence of the Queen.

Grant Harrold, the former butler to the Royal Family, believes the celebration will be quite "different" without Her Majesty leading the day.

He said: "Christmas will have changed a bit since the passing of the Queen, but traditions will be staying the same. The Queen would famously go up to Sandringham around the 18th of December, and that was to make sure the house was ready for Christmas.

"The Queen would go to church at 8am, but I’m unsure whether the King would do that. He will then go to the famous service at Sandringham at 11am. We then have the King’s speech and apparently, the Royals will all sit and watch it together."

The Daily Star previously reported some new rules for the Royal Family to follow this Christmas, which are set to be carried out regardless of the attendance of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.

Buckingham Palace has been contacted for comment.
